Had a new kitchen installed by Andy and his team in a rental property. From beginning to end Andy was brilliant. He managed everything with confidence and put me at ease. The end result is better than I expected and I’m so pleased with it. Everything was completed within the discussed timeframe. I would thoroughly recommend this company - trustworthy, quality workmanship and deliver on promises.

We had a kitchen renovation completed to adapt the kitchen in our new house to our taste and layout preferences. A One Interior Joinery replaced the counters, the floor, the hob and oven, the sink, and moved appliances to create a "utility cupboard". They also adapted doors including moving the kitchen door onto the other side of the door frame. The job had started out as a smaller project, but our list grew as we discovered issues with the existing kitchen. The team were very accommodating of these changes and we are absolutely delighted with the finished product. Andy came out to assess the work and the appointment took less than 1 hour. He very quickly grasped what we needed practically speaking but also understood the look and feel we were going for. Andy advised on suppliers and materials, and also organised the relevant tradespeople to support his work (plumber, electrician). This element of project management was so helpful in bringing it all together, and we were impressed with all the tradespeople involved. The team worked over 3 days to complete the work and seemed to barely take a break in order to fit it all in. Given we were moving into a new house and there was other work to do in the property, Andy also did a couple of small fixes around the house in passing, and we were also able to add on other jobs for the electrician. Andy also recommended a plasterer. All of this meant we were able to achieve an extraordinary amount in terms of repairs and improvements to our home in a very short space of time. The difference this has made to our move is huge and we are so pleased to have gone with A One Interior Joinery. The finished kitchen is just the look and feel we were going for. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the care the team took to get it right, e.G. Thinking through the placing of switches for maximum convenience. We also really appreciated the approach to making the most of what you have and not ripping out the whole lot. For both budgetary and environmental reasons, we were keen to keep or reuse what we could, and it was so good to work with someone who had the same approach. Andy recently did a kitchen refurb - removing old tiling and replacing with splashback, replacing worktops etc. Communication was excellent before the job, and during the job he was prompt and very professional throughout. Would definitely recommend, and hope to get Andy back in the New Year to do some more work!

Andy did a kitchen refurbishment for our son. He also arranged the other trades required to complete the job. The work was carried out efficiently and too a high standard. He worked through and solved problems that came to light during the refurbishment. Highly recommend Andy and his team. Very professional job from start to completion.

Andy did a fantastic job on repairing badly chipped and cracked kitchen floor tiles. I didn’t know such a service existed until a saw a Facebook post on our local Facebook page. I thought we would have to replace the whole floor as we couldn’t find replacement tiles, which would have been a very costly job. We’re delighted with the end results and would have no hesitation in recommending Andy.

Andy carried out a repair to a panel within my motorhome which had been cracked. I did not think anything other than the full replacement of the panel would be possible. However, Andy worked his magic, and it is impossible to see where the damage was. The before and after images show what a talent he has for this sort of repair. Would highly recommend.

Andy is friendly, tenacious, and highly skilled. He undertook to repair our bathroom basin which had around a dozen chips, including a big chunk out of the front edge. The colour matching was extremely difficult to achieve due to the type of ceramic the sink was made from, but he didn't give up, spending far more time than he billed for, until he was satisfied with the finish. We would have been lost without this repair, as the basin is a built-in with an unusual shape and dimensions matching the units above and below the sink, and sadly now discontinued, so without Andy's dedication and determination to finish the job we would have had to refit half our bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy for any ceramic repairs, based on our experience, and I am confident that he would apply the same professionalism to the other work his firm offers.

First class workmanship. Andy is a Professional, nothing is too much bother for him. He made the kitchen better than the original plans. He has a great team. From the Electrician, Plumber, Labourer and his wife Angela. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if required.

Superb job from Andy at A One. Came round a few days after my initial call to survey for a quote. Listened to what we were after and provided some helpful advice. Following acceptance of the quote we were given an approximate installation date, later confirmed. In the interim we were kept up to date with progress on orders etc. Arrived on time both days for the work which was carried out in an extremely efficient and tidy fashion, Andy and his labourer just did not stop. Completed on time and very slightly under budget. I can't recommend Andy and A One Interior Joinery enough!

I cannot praise Andy highly enough. Our job was complicated and needed considerable planning, and Andy was more than helpful in sourcing and advising on the detail of specifications. The installation was hard work and intricate at times, but he overcame the difficulties and it resulted in a fine job. If Andy and his colleague do your work, you will be more than happy with the quality and service. The back up administration side from Angela is also professional and timely. They run a fine company, and at reasonable rates.

We had a tired kitchen with chips to the worktop edges and tiles which looked as they badly needed replaced. We were considering a brand new kitchen until Andy pointed out that he could rejuvenate the grout on the tiles and repair the worktop. This together with other cosmetic repairs were carried out and we are delighted to say we have a kitchen which looks like new. The Professional ability of Andy is excellent and the communication from Angela is first class. A One Interior Joinery is highly recommended by us for all aspects of the kitchen work from initial visit by Andy to a very satisfactory completion.

Contacted Andy to carry out a repair on our caravan, so glad I did. Very competitive price, and more importantly a very reliable person in terms of craftsmanship and keeping to arranged appointment to carry out repair. Shelf that was damaged, surface broken, was as good as new when he finished as per photo attached.

Well, it all started when we got a friend and family member to do our kitchen. He had his own business but jeezo, what a mess. He told us doors were wrong and we had to get a unit for our dishwasher because it was impossible to fit in the space. Joiners came and went until we received a recommendation from our Electrician. I have never been so glad to meet a joiner in life. Andy is a breathe of fresh air after the nightmares we have had and the constant let down. Andy came to look at the work and explained exactly what this issue was and even better - he managed to come out within one week and resolve the issues and complete our kitchen. Our Dish washer door wasn't the easiest to fit (ikea) and Andy was able to come up with a solution straight away and alter the door to suit the dish washer. I will not look to use another joiner apart from Andy and would recommend him to anyone.Moreexpand_more
