Andrew came to trim some bushes and trees and to plant some small bushes in difficult soil. He completed all the work very speedily and effectively following his quotation. What a tidy worker! I shall certainly ask him back if I have any further problems in the garden which need attention.

After Andrew’s first visit to us I asked if next time he would be able to come after 9am (as he had arrived at 8am). I explained that our neighbours are retired and others have newborn twins who I didn’t want to disturb. Andrew said it must be nice not to have to work and that he wouldn’t be prepared to come after 9am. I suggested that I would need to terminate his services at this point as a result. In response Andrew said that I was awkward, silly and petty. I felt very upset to be insulted on my own driveway. Needless to say I would certainly not recommend Andrew and am truly shocked to have received such an unprofessional service.
