Ron came to my property to change the locks for new tenants. Excellent service. Tenants impressed too. Excellent reliable service. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

I called Ron at 5pm because I couldn't get the front door to open. He came after he finished the job he was doing. He couldn't do the work there and then because we may have been left without a secure way of locking the door. He came out the next day when we were home, found out what the problem was and arranged to pick up the parts needed. Next day he fitted the parts. Excellent work. Very friendly, efficient and quick. Would definitely recommend him.

I phoned Ronald having been told about his services and professionalism from a friend, he did not disappoint. Having a jammed upvc door, Ronald quoted well under all other quotes received and completed the job in a professional manner. Also carried out a bathroom window lock mechanism change while he was here. Very friendly guy and would definitely recommend. No call out fee, just parts + labour at very reasonable price. Can honestly say, a reliable local tradesman. Will use again if required.

I called this company yesterday I was locked out with my three children. He was excellent and completed the job within a matter of minutes and the job was cheaper than quoted. A very friendly serviceman would definitely use again if I needed to and would recommend to everyone.

We had 2 euro locks changed today by Ron, friendly guy who did a professional job for a great price. No call out fee or extra charge for coming on a Saturday. Would definitely recommend.

I'd just moved into a new house and needed to change all of the locks (3 in total). After getting a few quotes I decided to go with Ron in the end. He did a great job for a very good price, he made sure everything was put together properly, and even chiselled down the wood on one door to ensure a good fit. He was very professional and really knows his trade, I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

I called 3 local locksmiths for quotes when we couldn't lock our UPVC door. Although the other 2 companies stated they didn't charge a call out fee, they quoted me £60 per hour labour plus vat and parts. Ron came when he promised and was very friendly and professional. He spent about half an hour or more adjusting the door and charged me a v reasonable £30. Would definitely recommend as an honest, reliable local tradesman.

I was looking to have a new conservatory fitted as mine was looking tired,got a few quotes and was going to get it done,until my friend told me about ron from a e zee way in,he came and had a look and after a week he fitted all new windows and cleaned down the dirty plastic ,and it looks like a nearly new one saving me a lot of money,also changed some locks and serviced my gearboxes in doors,great help and a lovely bloke,he has sent his nephew to me to do my painting now,what a find.

We called a lot of locksmiths in the birmingham area for a quote on a shutter and a main shop door couldnt believe the difference in price ,went with ron a e zee way in ltd as he explained to us before he came out what would need doing and the price, he was a very polite man and a great help in other work we needed done,i have used him for my house as well, would really recommend and use again if we have any problems. We needed a patio door unlocking and had the lock on the front door replaced. Very quick response, and all completed within an a hour so of the original phone call. I would definitely use them again. It was nice to have someone carry out work that was honest and willing to give advice on other problems that weren't anything to do with job he was being paid for.
