A Brassett Plumbing and Heating

Just had a 5000 Maxmatic waste disposal fitted. The previous maxmatic I’d had for 40 years, no trouble it just wore out. The new one was supplied and fitted, by Steve ( their fitter ) he did an excellent job, took the old one away for me. The service was very rapid. I have no complaint whatsoever.

Excellent service all round. They saved me £650 by properly getting my Saniflow working from dead, when other plumbers/engineers would have replaced it, for £650+! Also Paul is a very nice man.

Brasset's readiness to help us out was amazing. Their engineer, Steve, came to fix our fridge, but as an added gesture of goodwill he took the trouble (and time) to have a look at the stuck dishwasher next to the fridge. And he fixed the dishwater too! A really cool chap, he is!

I'm impressed with your Plumbing Engineer PAUL's expertise (re the problem with my flooding Saniflo unit), speed and neatness of work, and friendly professional maintenance tips for the future. And his good sense of humour under pressure!

A Brassett installed a new integrated fridge into my office kitchen - the did the work extremely efficiently, cleared up all the rubbish and removed the old appliance. I barely noticed they were there! Very pleased.

My boiler kept failing after being serviced by A Brassett. I had to get it serviced again by another Corgi plumber who told me the service had not been done properly. After the second service it worked perfectly without the need for any parts. A Brassett refused to give me a refund or come back without charging me again!
