I've worked with Hannah at 99 Socials for about six months now and I've been really impressed. We moved from another agency that was significantly more expensive due to budget cuts and Iwas worried we'd see a drop in engagement or content quality and that hasn't been the case. Of course, the service has its drawbacks but at this price point, I cannot complain. For example, they don't have a manned phone line so I have to email if I have any questions or concerns. However, my account manager Hannah is really responsive via email and WhatsApp so this hasn't been an issue for me. Overall, wish we'd found them earlier. Genuinely impressed with their service. Thank you.
99 Social has boosted my Social Media productivity and reach by posting a photo, article etc every single day on top of what I post, and for £99 a month. I won't lie and say it's been an overnight success (that's not what you should expect, ever! ) My interactions on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook have increased because 99 Social have obviously done their research into how these social media sites' ever changing algorithms work. It's hard to be an online persona, work a day job and come up with blog content with only 24 hours in the day so I was super pleased to find 99 Social to help. The 99 Social team have proved that a cheaper (financially) service, doesn't mean cheaper quality of service. Social Media can be hard to balance when I'm creating new content for my blog/channel and having someone to post on my social media about new releases or help to keep my social sites up to date with quality content that is relevant and usually funny or well researched and factual has been a god send. They check in at the end of every month to see if there are any comments/things I'd like to add.
Used to pay £399 a month for social media with a local company, but switched to 99 Social to cut costs. Their content is much better - they’ve listened to what we wanted and understand our brand better than the old company, and we’ve had quite a few new likes and followers. Very glad I made the switch; yes their prices are cheap, but that doesn’t mean the service is cheap.
