I ordered the Northstar engagement ring from 77diamonds but really wasn't sure about the size at first so I went with their standard size which allows you to get a free resized if it doesn't fit. As I spent a lot of money I didn't want to take any risks and was very glad that we could get the ring resized after my fiancé tried on. Now it fits perfectly and we are very happy with it!

The website is very easy to use and I particularly liked their education contents which helped me a lot in my decision. My now fiancé loves the ring and we will definitely go back to 77 for our wedding rings soon!

Great value for money, could afford a bigger diamond than at high street jewellers. The lady on the phone was really helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to keep my proposal plans a surprise. Thanks again!

A quick review about my 77 Diamonds experience. Great advice from their telephone staff before my purchase which helped a lot in making the right decision. I would recommend the education contents on their website for anyone who wants to do some research about diamonds. After I made the order, their staff kept in touch with me throughout my purchase. The ring arrived safely and the quality is very good. Very satisfied!

Excellent allround experience. First Jennifer patiently helped me decide between a diamond and a sapphire, with several consultations and sample stone viewings. Then she worked with my fiancee and me to determine sizing, fit, etc. Finally she sourced the perfect stone for me, to my exacting specifications. When I saw that identical stone listed elsewhere for a lower price, they matched the price. They worked with me on payment and delivery and the entire process left me very satisfied. The insurance valuation was 3x what I paid for it, and the valuer, a professional, couldn't believe the price I'd paid. I would definitely shop here again. Very good customer service and quality product from 77 diamonds. I called a few times to with questions about diamond cut, color, set and buying online and got all info I needed. Spoke to a few different people and all were friendly and patient. The education section on their site was also useful but navigation was a bit disjointed. I ordered my pendant with a gorgeous little diamond, lovely!

My boyfriend proposed to me in September and we have been looking for the perfect ring ever since. Having tried high- end jewellers we decided to book an appointment with 77 Diamonds as I liked the rings on their website. We were pleasantly surprised by what we were able to afford there in contrast to other shops and I chose the Northstar ring. They told us it would take 10-15 working days but they called us after 8 and asked if we wanted to receive it earlier. I absolutely love my ring and get compliments all the time. Nothing was too much. I do not consider myself an online shopper really. My friend recommended 77Diamonds to me and I found the website useful. I did a lot of research then booked an appointment to see an example of a few diamonds and to choose which ring was most suitable. I was amazed at how affordable 77 Diamonds was in comparison to local jewelers. The prices are literally half the price that can be found at retail Jewelers. Nothing was too much for them. I consider myself to be quite a demanding customer and 77 Diamonds did everything I asked. My fiancé was thrilled with the ring and diamond selection they helped me choose. Although, I was only buying a relatively small diamond at 0.76 ct, I was treated very well throughout the process. The consultant that helped me was Sarah Stiny. I liked the fact that she is not very sales focused. I felt comfortable and was allowed to take my time which was great, when you are considering such an important purchase. After the sale, the support never dwindled. I called back weeks later to get something amended for the insurance company and Sarah at 77 Diamonds got it sorted. I bought an eternity ring from 77diamonds as an anniversary gift for my wife. The quality of the ring is very good and I am happy with their customer service. I don’t have much knowledge about rings so I needed lots of advice to make sure I am in the right direction. The staff at 77 Diamonds was very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. Having just purchased an engagement ring from 77Diamonds all I can say is I would most definately recommend them. My tip is to do good research/education of diamonds and understand what you want first. Then speak with 77Diamonds who are very helpful (Jennifer and David) prior to picking your exact diamond for some final clarification. Once purchased you will get a confirmation email and an anticipated delivery date. If required you can also specify a delivery date and they will endevour to meet your date as they did for me. Delivery is in a very nice box, looks very professional and loved by my now fiancee. Beautiful ring! Thanks to all at 77Diamonds.

Had my ring since April and noticed a fracture on the band this week, took it back to be looked at and was told it was my fault for wearing the ring while asleep! Terrible after sales service. And a charge for repair even though I have only had the ring 3 months, please spend your time and money elsewhere! Your engament ring is a special and meaningful piece of jewellery and you do not deserve the treatment you will revive if anything goes wrong.

It's a bit daunting buying an engagement ring when you've never purchased any jewelry before in your life. To start with I looked around a bit online, before going on a recce around the high street jewelers to get a feel for what was available. This was a disappointing experience, as the rings in my price range were mostly ugly with (I now know) very poor quality diamonds. I came away wondering, what's the big deal with diamonds anyway? Some were visibly marked, some looked like ground glass around the edges, one was visibly yellow, all I think were poorly cut. After that I decided to do some proper research, and learned about the properties of diamonds and how to find a good one (gents: do it). I was also looking around the online stores, there seemed to be a few decent ones. What sold 77diamonds for me was i) the delicacy setting which is the prettiest one I have seen, ii) the video of the ring, which in my case turned out to be completely faithful to the real thing iii) the wealth of information about their diamonds, and iv) the helpful advice from Cyrielle and Stephanie, clarifying the last little bits I was unsure about. After ordering, I asked if the ring could be delivered well inside their stated date, and Stephanie kindly accommodated this request. The package came on time, the ring is absolutely stunning, and my girlfriend said Yes. We're planning to go to the office to get it re-sized and look at wedding rings. This company was fantastic. They help from the first point of contact. The quality of the ring was superb despite a rushed deadline and I even was able to collect from their London showroom. I was updated along the way. Having conducted my research on other websites and on the high street, I was pleasantly surprised to come across 77 as the quality of service from Steph and her team was superb and the value of product was far superior. Thanks again for making this a great experience (and she loves it! ).

We received my engagement ring last week and I really like it, I can't complain about the quality at all I would definitely recommend this place if you want to get value for your money, however, I cannot say the same about their customer service, my boyfriend asked for an appointment through their website and they emailed him back with a confirmation of the appointment on the day he specified, also he specified he just wanted to see diamonds with the GIA certification, the next day he also called them to reconfirm the appointment and they say, yes we have you here for tomorrow, few minutes after the call they emailed him saying they couldn't received us because they had a full day, My boyfriend called the next day (we asked for the day off just for to go there)and they say sorry but there's no space to received you and also they say "we don't have the certifications you want" (which were the ones he specified he DIDN'T WANT)after arguing with the sales person on the phone they finally gave us an appointment on that day, but when we got there we were received by a lady who clearly was very angry about this and gave us a terrible costumer service, basically she just sat there and didn't give us any advice until the end, she made me feel really uncomfortable and I think is not fair when you are very excited trying to choose your ring. After we choose the ring they said it will arrive between 10-15 days they emailed my boyfriend days later to say the ring will be ready on a Monday, then again, they called him saying: sorry the ring is not going to be ready for THE DAY YOU WANTED MONDAY, my boyfriend didn't ask for that, they said the ring will be ready on that day! Well at the end we received the ring and is lovely. I hope they improved their customer services and learn how to deal with all types of customers.

Excellent service. There was an initial problem with the diamond I had selected so I was contacted the next day by a very helpful member of staff called Jenny. Jenny recommended an alternative diamond and I couldn't have been happier with her selection. The ring arrived in less than 2 weeks too. Perfect.

I had the most horrendous experience when I bought an engagement ring from 77 Diamonds. I had to return the ring twice due to problems with the setting. The final time I returned the ring they actually chipped the diamond. We only noticed when my fiancee looked at it through a microscope. We had many more problems trying to get a replacement diamond and this went on for nearly 12 weeks. We have since gone else where to buy our wedding rings and when they looked at the engagement ring we were informed a deep set diamond has been put in a shallow setting. This affects the sparkle. So two years on 77 Diamond still hangs over us.

I was very lucky that my fiance proposed with a borrowed ring as it gave me the perfect opportunity to choose/design my ring. I did a little online research and found 77 to be the cheapest and their website was the most interactive to use, selecting every little detail to as you want it. I got my perfect ring, exactly when I was told I would. I will treasure it forever and can't help show it off. If I had bought it on the high street (trust me I've looked) it would of nearly cost 3 times over what I paid. Much to the fiance's despair, I was straight onto planning my wedding ring with 77 which I have received this morning. Like I said to them in my thank you email I only wish I had more fingers to keep shopping with them! Stop looking around as 77 is your best option.

I have used 77 diamonds on 3 seperate occasion. Excellent service from these guys. Very helpful on the phone, in person and also via the Live chat. The value for money is excellent and the rings they produce are truely stunning. I was a bit nervous about spending a big amount online, but i didnt need to be as these guys are the real deal. I recently bought a wedding band from 77 diamonds and had to have it resized. The turnaround was very quick and the ring now fits perfect. Items are also sent via Recorded Special delivery for piece of mind. If you are thinking about buying an engagement ring, wedding ring or anything else . . Then do not hesitate to use these guys.
