Left Ron a list of jobs to do whilst I was away including painting, repairs and fitting a sink. Came back to a spotless house and every job done to perfection. Highly recommended.

Ron has recently carried out substantial redecoration in my house, installed underfloor heating, tiled the hallway and carried out various home improvements. His preparation, attention to detail and the end product is exceptional. I would definitely recommend him, and use him again in future.

Ron, has done a fantastic job of fitting my new shower. He is professional, reliable and takes great pride in his work. Some tiles and border needed to be replaced and you can't tell that this has been done at all. I can recommend Ron whole-heartedly and will definitely be using him again. Ron has, over the last 5/6 years, decorated our house (inside and outside) and carried out many small repairs (eg replacing tiles, repairing toilets, etc) - Ron is always efficient and courteous and takes enormous pride in his work (we have been delighted, in particular, with his decoration). Ron has done a lot of work for us over the last few years and we have been very impressed with it all. The work has ranged from building paths and flowerbeds outside to decorating and laying solid wood flooring indoors. He is professional, reliable and his attention to detail is outstanding. We will be using him again and I recommend him unreservedly.

I could not recommend Ronald enough. He is super reliable, gives you step by step updates on the job and you can be sure that the job will be done to a really high standard. I went off to Borneo for two weeks and came back to a newly decorated lounge, staircase and no mess- bliss! Really helpful and no job too small and does not patronise.

Ron worked unbelievably hard to decorate virtually our entire house in just a week and a half. His work is to an exceptional standard, spotting mistakes and fixing as he goes. He is able to work with electrics, plumbing, woodwork and painting and decorating. Much of our house is difficult to reach - awkward ceilings and staircase, but he managed easily. Tidy, reliable and excellent value for money. Its as if he is decorating his own house! I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends, family and further. We shall definitely be using him again!

Ron has just completed an excellent job on repairing our rotten wooden window frames. He turned up on time, worked very hard and got the job completed in less time than he initially stated. We will certainly use him again in the future and would recommend him to our friends.

Ron decorated our difficult to reach staircase/landing. The finished result was of a very high standard. Ron worked hard and completed the job in a quicker time than expected. He is a friendly, trustworthy man who I will definitely employ again. Highly recommended.

We are very impressed with the service we received from 5 Star Handyman this week. We had a loft hatch and ladder installed, guttering fixed, and a large mirror hung. In order to give us a realistic quote he came to discuss the work required. He arrived on time and emailed us a detailed quote the next day. On the day of the job he arrived, and completed the work, on time. The work was to a high standard, and each area was left tidy. We were so impressed we decided to use Ron again, he returned a few days later and fitted shelves, paintings,and a garden hose reel to the wall. Again he arrived on time, it was all done in the alloted time and to a high standard.

Excellent quality of work, always on time, very nice guy, will be using Ron again in the future.

I've used Ron for a couple of jobs and have been really pleased with his service. He is very reliable and always does work to an excellent standard. He's helped me out in the past when other tradesman have let me down with jobs from tiling to replacing a kitchen tap. I'd definately recommend!

Exceptional service, extremely friendly (even chatted away to our cats! ), quick, very clean, honest and a genuinly nice guy! We have found it difficult to trust tradespeople before, worrying they are going to rip us off but Ron was in a different league felt like you had one of your family over to give you a hand. We will be using Ron for lots of bits and pieces and to be honest don't want to share him in case he is too busy! We now have two very hapyp cats who can use their cat flap, and some great ideas for improving our back yard etc. Can't recommend highly enough :-)helen, David, Suki and Button!

I hired Ron after another company had let down as my job was too small for them (beading my window's externally). Ron came out and quoted me a reasonable price and more importantly, completed the work quickly and to a very high standard. We had been suffering with damp and coldness but 2 days after the work, we are already seeing a marked improvement. I would definately use Ron's services again for his eagerness to the job and the way he kept me informed at all times.

At very short notice (about 1 hour) ron turned up at the door and after a short discussion started to do the job that I needed The job was same patch plastering (in parts down to the brick)His first action was to lay dust sheets on all the carpeted areas he then set to work doing all the preparation and the filling of the holes. He then returned the following day (promptly) and finished the job to a high standard he then cleaned up ALL THE MESS. His price was very competative, and done very quicklyI would add that he is a very pesonable young man Iwill definitly use his services again.

Ron did a number of jobs in an apartment I moved into recently: decoration renewed throughout, venetian blinds fitted to 3 rooms, bathroom and toilet floors tiled, bathroom cabinets fitted, bathroom accessories fitted, laminate flooring fixed, shelving secured to wall, coat hooks fitted, and mirror & pictures fixed to the walls. All of these jobs were done to a very high standard. Ron and his team worked swiftly, are very friendly and were accommodating when I changed my mind about the position of the pictuires! Ron made a number of helpful suggestions in terms of improvements to the flat. I am 100% happy with the quality and standard of the work, and very satisfied in terms of value for money. Ron can be trusted to do a great job, and I would certainly recommend him to others (in fact 2 of my friends have already contacted him about further work). A job very well done, and I will definitely use 5 Star Handyman again.

Ron and Tom were very friendly. I was delighted with the work, and although i asked them first just to mend the area around the radiator they were both willing to put a new doorbell on, new pull cords for the bathroom and toilet, and tidy some wires in the lounge. I have already asked them to decorate the kitchen and I will ask them to help me in the back garden. I have never found such excellent handy men before.
