A fantastic car hire company - they go out of their way to help! We have hired with them a few times in recent years and every experience has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Five star customer service, We hired a Discovery 4 for a day and the whole experience was fantastic, The car was delivered and collected at the exact time promised, the car was spotless and could not have asked for more! Will defiantly be using again.

We were on holiday and took a Range Rover this time round. Everything was brilliant and we enjoyed the comfort of the car and its reliability. The last time we had booked via an agent. Considerable upside in service quality. Nikola and Graham were fantastic and made everything so easy. They also have an App now for quick quotes.

I have nothing but positive things to say about 4x4 Vehicle Hire! During what I know must have been a very chaotic period with the recent snowfall, 4x4 Vehicle Hire came to my rescue and provided me with two hire car options - GREAT SERVICE - delivered with plenty of time to spare, car in great condition, delivery staff polite and efficient. Paperwork process easy to organise with the in-house team. I'd recommend Kirsty and Nicola and would use them again.

The second time we have hired a 4x4 from this company. Everyone was charming and efficient with a minimum amount of paperwork and detail to complete. The car preformed excellently - transported ourselves and enough luggage for a two week stay in the wilds of north Scotland in comfort and without a hitch. Easy to drive and park - we were sorry to have to return it!

We needed a large volume vehicle to move my daughter to University and a treat to drive something up market. We were sooo impressed, the Discovery was immaculate and purred. The attention to detail was impressive even the pre drive damage spotting session took 10 mins to complete, so keen were they not blame us for the smallest scratch. We had a fabulous and rich time cruising in comfort and having searched all the bucks and beyond hire places, we found them to be on par or cheaper than most. We are planning another trip soon and will call Dennis's without any further searching. I thoroughly recommend them to you. This might sound like a bit contrived but I was seriously impressed with the whole package. (The office however is a shrine to Jenson Button so ferrari fans beware). Best regards.Mark Vervaet.

It was a pleasure to actually find a vehicle rental company that not only specialsed in 4x4 vehicles for hire but one that had vehicles available with tow bars fitted. We hire out commentary boxes and rather than take a van to Knutsford from Luton decided it would be a nice change to drive something a little more upmarket. As it turned out not only was it a much more comfortable drive but once on site at the Kntsford showground the 4x4 element of the vehicle really came into it's own as we were able to simply drive to the position indicated in the grass arena, drop the commentary box and drive out again while watching other commercial vehicles slithering about on the soggy surface. That alone justified the decision to rent the vehicle in my opinion. We then spent an enjoyable weekend in the Liverpool area with the vehicle before collecting the commentary box and returning to Luton. I've never owned a Land Rover product and having spent a weekend with one which impressed me no end, I don't think that I could ever justify owning one as a day to day vehicle but I was impressed with its abilities over the weekend and would definitely look at hiring one again. The costs for hire were high but you are hiring an expensive vehicle but I did think the 150 miles a day restriction was a little on the low side given the hire cost. The staff at the hire centre were very helpful and polite and I would definitely recommend this hire company if a 4x4 vehicle is what you're sfter.

All hire companies should be like this; easy to hire, no fuss and very relaxed. No pressure to be extra cover…. Or anything for that matter. I will certainly use them again as and when the need arises.

Arranged for vehicle to be delivered and it arrived earlier than expected so that was good and driver was most pleasant and helpful. We had the need to call out the road side assistance as vehicle was so new it had a little teething problem but everything went well and very efficient. We were told we were getting a 3 litre engine but when it arrived it was a 2 litre so that was a little disappointing especially as we are used to driving a 4. 2 litre engine but we managed and drove accordingly. Pick up was arranged with the same driver and he had nothing to complain about as we had cleaned and hoovered out the vehicle for his collection. Yes we would hire another vehicle from this company as they are very efficient and vehicle was good quality as expected.

I rented a Range Rover Sport to use for travel for a family holiday in Cornwall. Right from the first contact with Tracey to the final contact at collection the service was fantastic. A very hassle free process in hiring the vehicle and the vehicle itself was in immaculate condition. Will definitely be using 4x4 vehicle hire again.

I haD booked through an easy hassle free process of just a phone call. And I find Tracey very helpful. I was worried whether I will get the car on time at Heathrow but there was no issue and Norman made all the paperwork very simple. However I had problem with Garmin Navigation provided with the car and I hope they change it to something more reliable. In the end I have to use my mobile phone which worked well of course. The car was new and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I returned it back and again Norman was very professional. I will use the service again and will recommend this to my Friends. ( But Please change the Garmin Navigation).

Great hire company. Tracey and her team are true examples of what customer service actually means. We rented a LR90 for 8 days and the vehicle was delivered to my door at the alloted time and picked up in same fashion. The team really could not have done anything more to help. First rate and definitely recommend.
