Excellent service. The company kept me up to date as to when the engineer would be with me. Glen their engineer was first class and soon had 2 keys set up for my Suzuki Alto. Glen and Rachel literally saved the day! I accidentally locked our keys in the boot of the car - luckily our puppy was out of the car ? . We were away from home in a public car park so time was against us with the park closing time. Rachel took the call very professionally and advised a time bracket. Glen then called once on the road and pleased to say he was at the quicker end of the bracket and was with us an hour later. We took a sigh of relief when we saw the auto keys van turn in! Really quick and slick job. Even tips to stop it happening again! Thanks so much!

I needed a spare key for My fiat WAV. Technician Glen contacted me to let me know he was on the way. Arrived on time and job completed without any fuss. Good efficient service.

I needed a replacement remote key for. My Fiat. Got an immediate response to the quote request. Booked the work. The guys arrived on time cut and programed the new key and even updated the spare. A really good job for a reasonable price. Well done.

Where do I even begin…After 12 hours of trying to receive my keys that were locked inside my car, much damage done and still no keys, I was recommended by a couple of friends to use this company. I rang them at 4pm on 16-03-21 and they came the next day 17-03-21. It took Glen all of 5 minutes to get into the car, all covid regulations were met and he was very polite. I cannot recommend this service enough and will use them again if I need to in the future. I would also like to mention that the lovely woman who works in the office was also amazing too and made me laugh from start to finish as she knew I'd had an awful day. Very efficient, very quick and such a great service. A solid 10 out of 10 from me!

From requesting a quote to booking and arriving all within 2 hours to provide me with a new remote key (25004) I would highly recommend these services.
