So pleased with Carl , he fixed my noisy toilet , plus advised me about taps more suitable for my disabilities, and fitted them , which I can now use, making me a bit more independant again. Fixed the washers so no more drips. I cant rate him highly enough and all for a fair price w hat a star thank you jacky baker.

Very impressed with Carl. He very quickly identified the problem and came back as promised in the afternoon to fix the problem with our shower. He is very genuine and didn't want any payment as the job had been short and straight forward! I insisted on a small sum of money, especially as many other organisations on the internet are charging £100+ call out. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Carl recently renovated and refurbished our old tired bathroom. Extremely knowledgeable, listened to what we planned and happy to offer valuable advice and suggestions, recommending fixtures of excellent quality. His whole team were amazing, on time and Carl provided clear plan of work and timings. Level of care and workmanship was superb and carried out as if it was their own home. Clean and tidy with minimal disruption- just cannot say how pleased with are and can wholeheartedly recommend Carl and his team.

Carl and his team did an excellent job refitting my bathroom. After being with the forces for many years, this was just like a military operation. Time keeping was excellent, and all of the various workmen carried out work to perfection. Everything was left clean and tidy. Amazing! From getting our quote to having our new bathroom fitted, all tradesmen used were clean, pleasant and very skilled! Always arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and nothing was too much trouble. 365 plumbing is in my opinion second to none and I’d recommend them to anyone who wants the job done efficiently and to a very high standard, including the small finishing touches. We have had two bathrooms fitted by 365 plumbing and both are excellent. The service was first rate. 365 came exactly when they said. They charged what was quoted and finished the work on time AND cleaned up after them everyday. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Carl was very reliable and an excellent worker. He was always on time and worked hard and completed my bathroom on time. He was always available to answer any questions I had regarding the work being carried out. I would recommend him and know that if I have any problems, he will come and sort them out promptly.

Very friendly, effective service. Easy to contact and arrange appointment (even by text), and no quibbles - just gets on with the job and does it very well. Fixed problems with my loos with no fuss, and when another issue arose was back within the week to fix. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

My kitchen flooded due to problems with the pipes. Carl was here 20 minutes after I called and replaced the problem pipe quickly. Service was friendly and fast, and the pricing was very reasonable. I hope not to have further plumbing problems, but if and when I do then I will be happy to use 365 Plumbing again.

I was reccomended this firm by a friend who had used them after being reccommended by Age Concern. A Plumber came out to unblock my sink within 5 hours of me telephoning the firm. Presented me with his card on arrival as proof of identity and provided a quick and efficient service. Will certainly reccommend them.

Our new kitchen has just been finished and we are all tremendously pleased with the standard of product and workmanship. Carl, who we had used before with installation of showers in our bathrooms, has overseen the various tradesmen in a very effective way, besides providing the requisite plumbing expertise. It is obvious that he is able to call upon very skilful artisans – electricians, woodworkers, plasterers, tillers, vinyl layers, etc, all of whom have worked professionally to achieve a first class standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending 365 to anyone contemplating a new bathroom or kitchen, or any other general plumbing work.

We had our family bathroom and en-suite shower room completely refurbished including tiling and new bathroom and shower suites with new lighting and towel radiators. A first class service from initial quote through to completion of the job. Booked the work to start a couple of months ahead, and the team arrived exactly on the day as promised and the job was completed exactly to plan. All trades (tiler, electrician, plasterer, carpenter, decorator. ) were expertly managed by Carl and all were professional, tidy and courteous. Would definitely recommend and will use again if required.

Over the last year Carl has helped us with leaking taps, a new shower door, plumbing in a fridge and leaking external pipe. Carl has done a great job each time. Very timely, professional, reliable and tidy.

Lost hot water at 17:30. Carl promised to be there - and was - about 19:30 and diagnosed problem immediately! Next day arrived at 09:30, sorted the problem by fitting new part. Gone by 10am!

The best service you could have. Had a problem Saturday morning that would have closed my restaurant Café Vin Cinq until most plumbers would have arrived on Monday. Carl of 365 Plumbing was with us in half an hour and ensured we had a working Kitchen. I can not thank him enough, truly great service and a very clever/professional solution to the problem.

Our trusted plumber of over 30 years has recently retired and when we needed to find a new plumber we researched all the local firms listed on the Internet. Carl's reviews were all very positive and gave us the confidence to contact him. We explained that the job wasn't an emergency, was reasonably straightforward for someone who knew what they were doing and Carl arrived a few hours later to complete the work. His customer service is excellent, he works very neatly and leaves the site clean and tidy. Exactly the service expected but, unfortunately, rarely received. We will certainly be contacting 365 Plumbing again and have no hesitation in recommending Carl.

We are very pleased with the work Carl has done for us. After having so much bad luck with other tradesmen, who lacked Carl's professionalism, Carl helped us a lot. We needed a complete shower room refit and Carl and his team did a great job. They were punctual, quotes and work carried out when they said they would and co-ordinated the whole project so we didn't need to worry about a thing.
