Very disappointed with the service and the level of professionalism when using Darren. For someone who works on commission, there was a lack of urgency, options provided and I found him rude. I ended up finding a better deal as I was told "it's tax season and I don't have time to find another deal".

Darren Smith has been nothing but helpful through out the entire process. He was available when ever we had a question whether it was via email, text, a phone call or coming over for a meeting. 2plan handled the mortgage application process for me as a first time buyer. I was given lots of clear advice in person, over the phone, and via email, which made the whole process seem fairly painless. It was daunting buying a flat by myself, but once Darren was involved I felt I had a reliable and available ally in the process.
