Give us the full postcode and explain what has happened. We check availability and discuss an arrival estimate before arranging a visit. The engineer assesses the door and lock, explains the proposed work and agrees the price with you before starting.

Services include emergency entry, lock and cylinder replacement, lock repairs and broken key extraction. We also assess uPVC and composite door faults, including stiff handles, multipoint locks and doors that are difficult to secure.

If you have lost a set of house keys or taken over a property, tell us which doors the keys open. For offices, shops and rented properties, let us know who can authorise the work. We try non-destructive entry where suitable and discuss any replacement parts before proceeding.

When you call, tell us whether the door is open or locked shut and what happens when you use the key or handle. Include the house or flat number and any shared-entrance instructions so we can arrange access to the right door.
