My friend and I have 3 children between us who attend Saturday sessions. They love it. The staff are friendly, professional and incredibly patient! The sessions have been especially good for bolstering the confidence of my shy 9y old daughter. I can’t recommend 2020 Archery enough.
My two children really enjoy attending the Saturday morning sessions. They are aware of the progress that they are making thanks to the communication between them and their coaches as well as the structure of the Feathers and Arrow awards. Sessions are well structured and informative but also engaging and fun with games and competitions designed to extend and consolidate the skills that they have learned. This is a great club and the coaches are terrific. They understand and motivate the children really well and build a good, individual rapport with them all.
My son has attended Junior Archery since being introduced to the sport by a family friend. His enthusiasm has not diminished since he started attending. The team running it are calm, friendly, very nurturing and above all professional. Enquiries are responded to quickly, efficiently and in good time. My son completed his Bronze DofE last term and used archery as one of his strands now he is counting attendance in his Silver and continuing to love attending. Brilliant and thanks to the team.
Excellent club. My teenage son hasn't really engaged with any other sport activity in the past few years but really loves this club, and after a year and a half of regular attendance asked for his own bow for his birthday. He's really enjoying the activity and the social atmosphere at the club.
Very well organized. Extremely safety conscious. And fun too. Instructors work hard to ensure children improve and are very encouraging. There is a broad range of ages from 8 to about 16 which means it is obvious how to progress. Opportunity given to work towards awards.
