I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. I used 2WheelSkool for my A2, MOD 1 training and the instructor was horrific. Using abusive language and being utterly disrespectful from the get go. The other student with me described the experience as similar to being in the army due to the lack of respect and the instructors foul attitude. I have since explained my experiences to other A2 instructors who have advised me to report the instructor so I've done that. Don't support abuse. Don't go to these guys for any training. The lady who owns the business doesn't ride in any capacity; she's running a business she knows nothing about, hence the awful instructors she has working for her.
Passed My CBT yesterday, absolutely fantastic and professional set of guys. They’re training methods are second to none. Would highly recommend. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for further training. Keep up the good work guys! I have come over from another school mentioning no names but hadn’t been taught properly but these guys have been amazing. The negative reviews on here don’t do them justice so come judge for yourself.
I have always admired motorcycles and had a life long ambition to learn to ride so now at the tender age of 49 I decided to bite the bullet and book my CBT with this riding school, this was the biggest mistake I Ever made… I was due to take it tomorrow 38/82020 I've been checking the weather forecast all week and its been showing rain for the full day, being a little apprehensive about riding in the rain I rang the school up and a women answered I began by saying that I need a little reassurance for my CBT tomorrow as it’s raining and I'm wary as I've never ridden a bike before… Her response straight up was she doesn’t understand what I want from her, I explained again a little reassurance is all I need, at this point she then told me biking is not for me that I'm a nervous rider and so I need not take my CBT… I was speechless I honestly was not expecting this kind of response, I asked to speak to someone else there and her reply was “ this is my business I make the decisions as to who rides here and I'm cancelling your test tomorrow” she then put the phone down before I could respond, this is completely disgraceful and not the way to run a business especially in these uncertain times… I've been left heart broken as I was excited to finally be taking my CBT. For anyone out there wanting a honest opinion DO NOT go with there for lessons of any kind theres too many people on her having had a bad experience with these lot! Stay clear find a more reputable company to go with….
Just did my cbt( for the 15th time over 34years, I don't want a full bike license as 125cc suit my personality). Great guys with friendly attitude whilst maintaining a professional, instructive training day. I'm not so arrogant to think my riding is perfect even after 35 years riding 125cc bikes, driving cars and lorries. The tutor made the cbt training inclusive so we learned, understood and more importantly remembered his instruction and guidance. I can only imagine the bad reviews on here are from the delicate section of the public. Probably more suited to 4 wheels if any wheels at all. Friendly banter was the order of the day. Phil B.
Never heard of freeindex before but just passed my test with these guys and think they deserve a review on it (the current ones are not accurate of how good this place is! ). All instructors are good here, there’s some good friendly banter but more importantly fantastic training. Got me through all tests at a great price and passed first time. Couldn’t reconnect these guys enough.
I decided after 30 years off a bike that I wanted to start riding again so I booked a CBT course with these guys. Big Steve was absolutely brilliant, patient, professional and a good laugh which made the course much easier. I have to say it was more difficult than I thought but I had been off the road on a bike for a long time and I had my doubts about returning to the road on 2 wheels but not any more, I am back on the road and I will be taking my test with these guys at some stage. Thanks Big Steve you were brilliant I cant fault you at all. Highly Recommended.
I decided that I wanted to take up a motorcycle course with this company. They were cheap and quoted £450, so I went ahead. Completed a conversion lesson for one day (hardly much riding more of Mess about) and paid £150. This one day made me realise just how bad they were, in fact they put me off wanting to ride a bike ever again. My experience with them was utterly poor and disgusting, they are proper Cowboys to say the least. Very poor customer service, they tried to rip me to shreds with their appalling inappropriate language which they seem to think was very funny. My advice to anyone with half a brain is to stay clear and go somewhere decent who care and have customer service skills. This company will be disrespectful in every way it can to you, they lack empathy and customer care. All they are after is your money and do not care about your personal needs. I can happily say I went with another proper school who were slightly more expensive but exceeded my expectations in every way.Moreexpand_more
Having toyed with the idea for years I finally decided to learn to ride a motorbike. I'd heard about 2 WheelSkool and booked my training with them. It was without doubt the best thing I ever did, they were excellent professional tutors, had a wide choice of bikes and, most of all, patient! I passed first time due to their experienced guidance. Their prices were comparable if not cheaper than some others. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
