Amazing from start to finish super helpful always quick to respond to and communicating and been fantastic through all the date changes due to covid room looks absolutely stunning thanks to Heidi couldn’t of asked for more.

Absolutely out of this world Heidi dress our wedding venue and it was amazing our table plan was perfect as were the centre pieces chair covers etc I can’t fault anything I would highly recommend 1st impression to anyone.

Very easy to get in touch with and to get a response. Good value for money and was very happy to add on anything even at short notice. Didn't need to worry if they worry or wouldn't turn up for the wedding, everything went as planned and couldn't of been happier with how it turned out.

Heidi did a marvellous job for my daughters wedding at Weston Park in May 2019. She was totally reliable and professional throughout and can take some of the stress out of any wedding. I would strongly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the future.

The starlight backdrop and starlight dance floor were lovely and really popular with our guests and the table centre pieces were excellent too!

Outstanding service, attention to detail, very personal and professional one to one service from start to finish. Heidi is lovely lady and takes great pride in her work. The way our wedding venue was decorated blew my expectations out the window - over the moon :).

Sashes provided for chairs, a post box for wedding cards and donations and a spray for my dog's collar. All done extremely well, beautifully and on time. One star deducted as communication about the deposit cheque was not exceptional. I would certainly use Heidi's service again and have reccommended her to others. Already.

I had a balloon arch for my wedding on 10. 8. 13. It was beautiful and even better than the pictures I saw. It set off the room brilliantly. Communication was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this business.

First Impression did an amazing job for our Rainbow 25th Birthday party! They really were so professional and efficient and worked in a chaotic environment of almost 100 girls aged 5-7 running a candy buffet and providing an absolutley stunning Rainbow balloon arch and table decorations. They really did 'make' the event. The balloon arch at the party is still the talk of meetings now! And they have set a precident for all future Girlguiding UK events. Thank you so much :).

We had our balloon bouquets and a balloon arch for our wedding in April. Heidi was fantastic from the beginning advising us on what would be suitable and accomodating our colour scheme perfectly. Many of our guests commented on the wonderful job Heidi had done! Would certainly recommend First Impression to friends.

Well, what can I say, we had our invitations, table arrangements, chair covers and shashes, balloons, table plan, favours, name tags, sweet bags, card post box, balloon arch, all from heidi at first impressions, heidi made us feel so special and like our own personal wedding planner, she was amazing, and the quality and attention to detail she gives is second to none, she was always available to discuss things with us, ( and not get fed up when we kept changing our mind, haha) thankyou for your patience, support and help, she even went back to our venue to cover another 3 chairs when we had some unexpected guests on the day, I would recomend heidi and first impression to everyone, brilliant, Sharon and Mark Gilder. Married on the 23rd june 2012, at goodyear pavillion.

I first met heidi at patshull park wedding fayre. She was extreamly helpful and knowledgable and. Was able to provide exactly what we wanted and. Nothing was to much trouble from invitations to chair cover to backdrops every thing we asked for. Was excellent and the service we received was exceptionall.
