After trying desperately to find someone who could actually fix the problems with our water cylinder (not just patch it up and do a temporary fix) Ivor was a lifesaver! Fixed everything that needed to be done fast and easy, gave us helpful and essential advice to prevent further issues and was very kind throughout. Highly recommend. This man knows what he’s doing!

Ivor is a diamond, cannot recommend high enough. Came out as an emergency, fixed the issue gave my mom her heating back and good banter. Sound bloke.

Ivor made contact after a request for an emergency plumber. He helped work out the issue over the phone messages and was here within 20mins of making contact. (On a bank holiday weekend as well). The job was not what we first thought. Leak in the loft from the water tank. Ivor was able to source the leak, and replaced the pipes that needed it. Made sure all was ok. He even sorted a couple minor issues he spotted in other rooms at no extra cost. All for a respectable price. He was finished within an hour, and was friendly knowledgeable and honest throughout. Called Ivor this morning and he came round within an hour. His advice was fantastic! He fixed the pressure issue there and then and then advised us against getting extra work done, even though that would cost him a job! An absolute Gent and an honest to goodness "great bloke! ". I have known Ivor for a long time and recommend him to everyone. He's very knowledgeable about his trade and nothing is too much trouble. He'll discuss the options available and never tries to cut corners to get things done. When moving in to our new home, we noticed some issues with the plumbing and we urgently needed them to be resolved. Ivor explained what needed to be done, sourced the materials and completed the work incredibly fast. Once completed we mentioned a couple of other plumbing jobs that we were interested in being done and that we needed a cooker installed. Ivor completed these jobs on the same day. During the whole process, Ivor explained our best options, recommended work that could be done to improve our safety and comfort within our home. He explained the way in which the heating, plumbing and boiler works within our new house, all in an extremely polite way, explaining how we can save money on our energy bills. Ivor showed us the best locations to place carbon monoxide, smoke and heat sensors to ensure we’re safe. He completed multiple jobs to ensure pipes are correctly labelled and insulated. We noticed further plumbing related leaks the same evening (not related to the work Ivor completed). We messaged Ivor and Ivor came the next morning, fixed a leaking tap and showed me how to fix a leaking bathtub, even going out of his way to show me how to seal a bathtub with a new piece of trim free of charge as Ivor completed other work. Ivor has been a god send as when we moved in, there was many jobs that needed to be done ASAP. Contacted Ivor with boiler issues he was here within 15 minutes and all parts replaced very swiftly, now have hot water and heating. Thank you so much. Very professional, friendly, prices are great, a proper tradesman. Highly recommended to all.

After a problem with our water cylinder, Ivor arrived 30 minutes after our emergency call! He very quickly identified our problem and advised what was needed to rectify this! Had need of Ivor's professional advice and application in approaching how to rectify problem of damaged foot tray in ensuite shower. My shower pump started to leak water through living room ceiling again. This happened last year but we didn't have time to stop it from bringing ceiling down. We called Ivor and he was with us inside 20mins, he diagnosed where the leak was. He had it under control within 15mins that includes emptying hot water tank. I was so stressed and convinced the ceiling was going to come down again but he was brilliant and the sense of relief knowing what the issue was and that it'd been fixed. I cannot rate Ivor highly enough, skilled, dedicated, knowledgeable - a top notch guy. Ivor came out to me with less than 30 minutes notice after I put a screw through a gas pipe and heating pipe, late on Easter Sunday no less. It was a tricky job but Ivor handled it expertly and speedily. Everything was thoroughly checked and back up and running in no time. He even freed my mains stop cock for me at the same time. This is the second time I've called Ivor out now in the last couple of months and I'm so relieved to have a reliable emergency engineer on hand that I know I can trust. Ivor came out to us and quickly identified the problem we had. He returned on Sunday with the part to fix the problem. All done very professionally and explained it all to us. Also gave us some really useful advice about making our heating system better. We have been trying to get some decent advice for years. Ivor spent a good amount of time answering all our questions.
