Jakub is professional, friendly and smart engineer. He immediately figured out our previous annual services (with another company) were not up to standard which resulted in many problems to the boiler. He was confident with his recommendations and his advice of full service (rather than the usual annual service) was followed. Despite the cost was more than 3 times the annual service price but we trusted his recommendations and hoping the boiler won't need much of top up of the pressure as before. Highly recommended and likely will do annual services with from now onwards.

Jakub the one man boiler installing machine had my old boiler taken apart and new one put in and running in less than seven hours. He seems very knowledgeable about his craft and was able to explain the faults with my old boiler and the installation process of the new one very clearly. So if you’re looking for a professional and friendly gas engineer he’s the man for you!

Just had new boiler fitted by Jakob of 123GAS. The work was carried out quickly and professionally arrived when said he would was a clean and tidy worker , answered all our questions clearly and pleasantly. All in all a great job done by an excellent tradesman.

From first contact with Jacob his full understanding of the job was excellent as asked I supplied photographs and he was able to give an accurate cost for the full job which I accepted The work was carried out on the time and date agreed The old boiler was removed and recycled. The new boiler was fitted with all water and gas pipes fitted and attached correctly to the wall and boiler A good handover took place which was fully understood A gas pipe supply issue was identified ( not part of the job) and Jacob has agreed to return in due course to rectify this issue. Overall a very good job by a smartly presented “ tradesman “ who not only new his stuff but put it into practice I would have no hesitation in using or recommending Jacob to anyone else Alan G Stewart.
