Dan was amazing! From the planning and organisation to the wedding day itself and receiving our wedding album, Dan was so helpful, professional and friendly. Communication was always quick and regular and we felt comfortable asking any question, no matter how simple or ordinary it might have seemed. Not only did Dan help our day run so smoothly, he was able to fit in and feel part of our day and get the best photos. All of our wedding guests commented on how friendly and welcoming Dan was, also never feeling like he was getting in the way whilst getting the most incredible photos. Receiving our wedding photos was quick and easy with a personal touch and we couldn’t be happier with our wedding album. Just like on the day, every detail was thought of. We would definitely recommend 123 Photography for any photography you may need!

We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service provided by Dan who produced the most beautiful photographs of our wedding day! In addition to Dan being an exceptional photographer, he is kind, considerate, professional, extremely knowledgable and highly experienced and made us feel at ease on our wedding day. On the day Dan achieved the perfect balance of taking stunning photographs without disrupting our day and making us feel like the paparazzi were present. In addition to the traditional shots that we requested, Dan captured all guests present and produced bespoke and quirky shots full of his creativity, which we loved. Many of our guests remarked about Dan’s skills and commented on his friendly manner, you couldn’t meet a nicer man! We were so impressed with the process; from the initial meeting where Dan clearly discussed our options to receiving the photographs so quickly after the wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at a very reasonable price and should we require a photographer in the future we wouldn’t look anywhere else. Dan photographed our wedding on the 2 nd June this year. He was really professional and knew how to capture the most special moments…. Sitting on the beach with champagne looking at our photos was certainly a highlight of our honeymoon… ! . ? …We are so happy with the pictures. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Both myself and my wife are truly over the moon with Dan's attention to detail and craftsmanship with his camerawork. We asked for a natural shoot on our big day, with minimal structured poses, focusing more on the finer aspects of the day - and he delivered in leaps and bounds. I genuinely feel photography is an art form and Dan has mastered this medium. From the initial discussions all the way through to picking up our albums, communication was great and we both feel invested in his time and efforts. Dan provided an excellent service from start to finish. His relaxed attitude suited us perfectly and we felt in safe and professional hands right from the initial consultation. We were clear about prices and packages up front, so there were no nasty hidden surprises. There was also a good range, allowing for different budgets. He helped us plan the order and timings of the day, which is really helpful when you haven't done this scale of planning before. He turned up in good time on the day and was very smartly presented. The photos were of a high quality and he made sure he took all the shots we requested. He also took note of the styles we liked, after asking us to do some research to check what we most wanted from the day. We would highly recommend his company.

We chose Dan for our engagement and wedding photo shoots out of a selection of photographers whose work caught our eye. Dan immediately struck us as relaxed and easy to work with. His experience made taking pictures of us, inexperienced in posing, very straightforward. The engagement photo shoot took place on a grim day punctuated by setbacks (problems getting to the shoot, bad weather), but Dan solved all our problems: we had fun at the shoot and his photos turned out to be great despite the gray weather. On the wedding day, Dan took care of all photographic aspects so that we could completely rely on him. The photos were one of the very few things we did not have to worry about. He also looked for impromptu shots, using the presence of an ice cream truck on the day or that of a nice field on the side of the road we took. We received the photos soon after the wedding (~1 month) in outstanding quality. The amount of retouching was optimal: it was very discreet and made the colors natural and vibrant. Exactly to our taste!Dan gave us a large choice of styles and finishes for the album and we iterated a couple of times with him regarding the proofs. On this subject, he made some tasteful artistic suggestions, all of which we kept. Dan has always been flexible with meeting times and never hurried us for decisions. He was also very good at answering queries and keeping us posted about progress with photo editing and the preparation of the album. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Dan. He is flexible, professional and very skilled and we will definitely get back to our "Mr. Lean In For A Kiss" if we need more photos.Moreexpand_more

I can't recommend 123 Photography highly enough. Dan photographed our wedding in February and we couldn't fault any aspect of his work. Friendly, professional, reliable, with an excellent eye for those little details that really make a wedding. Lots of guests commented on how nice and unobtrusive he was, unlike so many wedding photographers who are constantly asking people to pose etc. He blended into the background and caught those natural details. He was also a very calming presence just before the ceremony when nerves were running high! The main reason we chose him was because his prices were so much lower than every other photographer we looked at - and we're absolutely thrilled we did. Dan was our photographer for our Wedding in Lanzarote. From the moment Dan introduced himself everything fell into place. Dan is so friendly and made us feel at ease with every shot. Dan showed extreme professionalism throughout the day and he is exceptional at his job with a great eye for detail. He knows the shots he wants and he gets each and every one of them without being any way demanding. The Wedding photos, videoclip and Wedding book were out of this world. 123 Photography was recommended to us by a family member after Dan had photographed their wedding. He was very professional and friendly and immediately put us at ease and helped guide us through the process. So many of our guests commented on how easy going and approachable Dan was and for most of the day he blended in and captured many stunning, natural photos. We opted to incorporate the slideshow into our package and we are absolutely thrilled with it. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer.

Dan is a fantastic photographer who is very easy to work with. He has a natural ability to put you at ease in front of the camera, especially if you aren't use to it. The photos we received from our wedding were out of this world; we couldn't have asked for any more. Dan puts 110% into what he does and even though he is incredibly busy his work is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan as a photographer to anyone.

I cannot praise Dan and 123 photography enough. We booked one of the first same sex weddings last August and were quite anxious about how the photography would work and setting up the arrangements. Dan was very professional friendly and gave us just the right amount of direction so we felt in control and could make informed choices along the way. His easy going style was helpful in and amongst all the stresses of planning your own wedding! We went for a 1920's themed Black and White Wedding and Dan and his assistant at our request even kindly came in the period attire on the day and looked fabulous! . The quality of the photography was stunning and the small videos really made our big day come alive. He had an easy manner on the day and wasn't intrusive but managed to get some really great shots! . The pictures on the day were amazing we all looked like film stars! At the end of the day we only have our memories. But reflecting one year later we have all our great pictures taken by Dan at 123 Photography to look back on. What more can be said than Dan is a fantastic photographer! Dan really couldn't do enough and nothing was a problem. He didn't stop working for one minute and you didn't even know he was there - exactly what you want in a photographer on your wedding day! The wedding album was beautifully put together and our slideshow brought tears to my eyes and brought the magic and emotions of the day back. Overall we couldn't be happier, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dan to friends and family in the future.

123 photography capture our wedding day perfectly. Prior to the day, Dan was always available to get in touch to discuss the finer details and was very professional throughout. We chose to pay for an additional photographer; Dan captured the bridal preparations beautifully and Charlotte the groomsmen antics. Both were flexible and happy to meet our needs on the day as best they could. We ordered photos and a main photo frame from 123 photography. There was some issues with the frame (through no fault of 123 photography) but Dan did his best to resolve the problems and we were more than pleased with the final product! Dan did a really good job at our wedding in Leeds, joining us in the pre-ceremony pub drinks, on the vintage bus, at the Town Hall and at the reception at Kirkstall Abbey. He has a professional attitude to his work and took time to listen to our ideas as well as suggesting his own. I would recommend Dan for wedding photography.

I can't recommend 123 Photography highly enough! We used 123 Photography for our wedding and we were extremely pleased with the results. Dan was amazing, he was very structured in his approach which really helped take the pressure off on the day and was incredibly creative in his photography and production of the wedding book. I absolutely adore the informal photo's that he took of the guests (and obviously the bride and groom :)) throughout the day.
