For telemarketing this ranges from home-workers to large multi-lingual contact centres. I also help plan and manage integrated, multi-channel campaigns as the lead contractor, when preferred. Negotiated rates ensure that my clients pay no more than they would by approaching my partners directly.
2. Marketing advice and support - for clients as diverse as Capp and Co, British Medical Association, Tearfund, JET (Phillips 66) and the Department for International Trade to find the best route to market and helping implement business development and membership acquisition plans.
3. Marketing data and analytics brokerage – lead generation and research, data audits/refreshes, list purchase, merge and purge, actionable insight and analytics to improve return on marketing investment and help clients use better data. I pass on a % of my commission to offer better prices than if clients buy directly - and I know exactly what all the main data owners and suppliers offer to save you time and money.
4. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – practical guidance on working towards compliance specifically related to direct and digital marketing.

Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) telephone number screening - to help companies making marketing and sales calls stay legally-compliant and avoid monetary penalties of up to £500,000. We offer three services, as a full licensee for both TPS and CTPS:
A) Our website offers fast and low cost online self-service TPS checking for non-techies.
B) A managed (bureau) service for larger and more complex jobs i.E. We prepare the data and screen it for you.
C) An Application Programming Interface (API) to help developers automate TPS checking via your CRM, dialler or other third party applications. 121prodata is a full licensee for TPS and CTPS.
