121 Swindon Taxis

Dave was on time, accommodating good value. Will use again.

Dave seemed nice when I made enquiries, so I booked them to take my parents, husband and I to a small Folk and Ale Festival in Broad Town (travelling from Swindon). The driver turned up a bit early but was happy to wait. The cab we got was dated and dirty inside, not like the pictures. The driver was friendly but drove like he was on a formula 1 track. The fare was reasonable. The main issue came to collection. I called just after 10pm and Dave told me he’d get someone to us. 90 mins later, still no taxi and my calls/messages were not picked up or replied to even when I asked to be told if they couldn’t collect us anymore. On calling around, no other cabs available until 1am. Not impressed at all!We were rescued by an employee of the event who went over and above. Dave Mackie of 121 Taxis was a pleasure to deal with, polite, reliable and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend this company.
