112 Roofing offer a complete roofing service from simple gutter cleaning to pattern slating. We do full roof renovations starting from three thousand three hundred pounds for a 2 bedroom terraced house to a mansion P. O. R.
We only give quotes rather than estimates so you know exactly how much any work will cost.

Most of our clients are ordinary home owners. We get most of our work by word of mouth as we rarely advertise. A small percentage of our clients are business owners who have been using our services for over 20 years. We are also council approved and have just finished a tenement property in Coatbridge.

Our staff are fully qualified and the tradesmen have worked in the construction industry for more than 5 years. Graham the owner has worked for over 37 years in this industry. The office staff are polite and courteous and have an S. N. C. In business studies.

We were members of three trade associations but, after having problems with rogue customers and these bodies failed to assist us we no longer associate with any of them.

Graham Gourlay owns 112 Roofing. He has previously run Gourlay Construction in East Lothian for over 20 Years.
