0121 Repairs

These guys are crooks, I have made payment for my door repairs and still waiting for proof of payment(receipts) for guarantee claim should there be a need. All messages are not replied and calls unanswered. Please DO NOT USE THEM AS I CAN NOT TRUST THE JOB DONE.

Found them very unprofessional and service not on time as promised. Paul firstly promised us to deliver in two weeks and given us many excuses and delayed the job for more than 4 weeks. Avoid this company and do not pay them in advance because they will deduct money from ur deposit even they fail to provide service as promised. I would not believe them if they give any excuses to our this review.

Two large misted windows were replaced very quickly, efficiently and no fuss or mess. Excellent price, excellent job, I'm really pleased :). Guys were great, I will definitely use 0121Repairs again. Thank you.

I had a misted window replaced, new hinge and new bathroom window handle. Paul was punctual and carried out the work in no time at all. Also gave good advice about looking after the locks. No mess left. Definitely use again.

This was the first time I had used 0121 services. The house I recently purchased had the letter box in the wrong place. I was advised 2 new doors were required but 0121 came out and changed the letter boxes within 30 mins at an exceptionally good cost. Great service and good quality repairs. I had a dg window which I could not open. I tried to force it and ended up smashing it. After searching the net and getting quotes from £145 - £295 I stumbled across Pauls website he gave me an excellent quote. He came this morning fitted new window and even replaced the damaged lock handle all for a great price. Very pleased with the work and would recommend him to anyone.

We were having trouble closing a large 12yr old large D/G window. The original suppliers wanted £800 for a complete new unit as parts were unotainable. WE rang 0121 Repairs; they came in 2 days, did the job in 45mins for £75 and left us completely satified.

Paul was recommended to me when I decided to have my windows replaced from soft wood to UPVC. From the initial contact to the final day Paul was professional efficient and punctual. He did a fantastic job and there was very little impact on the rest of the house. The price he quoted was reasonable and I am happy with the results. I had security tape put in all the window frames. Upvc windows, beading is on the outside. The work was done with precision and to high standard. They cleaned up afterwards. They were professional and very polite and I felt comfortable whilst they were doing the work. Would consider having them do work for me again.
