I've recently started training with Tim and already feel I have made a great improvement with my overall health. I have lost weight and made changes to my diet with his help. He motivates me in training, makes it enjoyable and gives great advice!
I have been working with Tim for a few months now and I have seen an incredible improvement of my fitness and stamina. Tim is an excellent motivator and I really enjoy the training sessions out in the park.
I have been working with Tim for just over a month and have been surprised how much I have enjoyed it. My plan is 'made to measure' and I have never felt anxious or overfaced. Tim has an easy going, relaxed approach which still brings results. My fitness level has increased quickly and it's so much better than going to a gym.
I used to dread going to the gym and would use any excuse to not go (it's too hot, it's too cold, windy, sunny, rainy……. ) Then, I met Tim who has inspired me to enjoy my workouts. He has a deep understanding of what makes people tick and delivers his training in a calm, professional and positive manner. Tim has helped me put together a bespoke exercise regime, which has improved my fitness beyond recognition, helped me tone up and build strength. Nowadays, I dread the days when I am unable to train! Highly recommended!
I have spent many years as a member of a gym but have never used the services of a personal trainer, until I met Tim! Starting off by attending Tim's classes I felt very encouraged and motivated to try different styles of training. Tim put together an individual training plan that met all my requirements for what I wanted to achieve. Tim is patient, gets the best out of you and offers encouragement and advice all the way through. I can highly recommend his services.
Tim has been working with me for a few of weeks now and I can already see a difference in my fitness levels and muscle strength! He's patient (with my lack of coordination in particular), understands what I'm trying to achieve and knows how hard to work me; I always feel I've been pushed to my limits without feeling out of my depth, he gets the balance just right. Tim is a great personal trainer, he sets a personal plan up which he then works through with you to get the best out of you. I enjoy doing the training each week with Tim that he set up for me and this has helped with my fitness levels.
