On Time Travel

I have just come back from a 10 day break to Florida with my 3 girls and used OTT for the first time for my UK airport transfers. OTT had come recommended by my independent travel agent. The booking process was easy and I received a courtesy call as mentioned upon completion of booking the day before travel confirming pick up and timing. The drivers were very professional with texts regarding pick ups. Matthew who picked us up on our return was fantastic and very friendly with 4 very tired passengers. I would certainly recommend OTT. Thanks for the service and would without doubt use again in the future.

We have been using OTT for several years for all our airport transfers and we wouldn't use anyone else, the service is excellent. They call you the night before to check nothing has changed, always arrive on time and are always waiting for you on the return journey from the airport, every driver is so friendly and helpful and chatty. You need to be able to rely on airport taxis so the worry of missing your flight is taken away and we would not use any other company.

Totally dependable and trustworthy company who not only turn up when they're supposed to (I'm looking at you @88@ cars! ) but will call you in advance to let you know they haven't forgotten your booking.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Always on time, always arrive, good value, friendly and helpful drivers. We used them for our Wedding guest transfers 2 years ago and used them ever since. 4 or 5 times a year. Highly recommended .

It’s the 2nd time we’ve used On Time Travel for airport trips. We can’t recommend them enough, Danny recently did our airport taxi runs. Couldn’t fault the service. He contacted us by phone the night before travelling, to confirm our pick up details hadn’t changed. He was on time, carried our cases and had a very pleasant nature. Same on our return travel, clean and comfy vehicle. We’ll definitely use them again in the future.

We always, always use ONTIME Travel and wouldn’t use any other company. Travelled to Spain recently and was picked up by a young man in a minibus who was very pleasant. Collected from the airport by Danny who is always friendly and helpful. They are as the name implies, never late and totally reliable. Just arrived back from a 10 night holiday and was picked up by Adnam from On Time Travel. We were dropped at the beginning of holiday by him as well, both times in the early hours. We had a call the night before leaving to confirm the time they would pick us up. Adnam was prompt and we felt like we were being driven by a friend. Will definately use One Time Travel again and recommend to friends and family.

We’ve just used On Time Travel for the first time and were delighted with every aspect of the service we received. Great service, reliable friendly drivers and clean cars. Second time we’ve used them and delighted we did. Have used meet and greet at airport before but chose not to because it’s become so expensive. A delay on flight home and our driver was still there to meet us at drop us home in no time.
