We have used the services of David Taylor of Molyneux Associates for several years now, he is definitely our 'go to guy' for finding any mortgage that we need, private or commercial, if he cannot find it at a good rate, it is not out there. We would highly recommend David as a broker, he has made these transactions extremely 'user friendly' experiences and sorted out all the paperwork very efficiently. David makes what can be a very fraught and frustrating process into something manageable, understandable and successful. Honestly, David has been an unbelievable help to us. He helped us secure our first home, guided us through a near catastrophe when one of us had a major spinal injury and couldn't work for a year, and has now secured us not only our forever home, but our own actual island! - It sounds ridiculous even to us, and we now live on it! We will forever be in David's debt, and we cannot conceive of ever going to anyone else should we wish to purchase another property or look for similar advice and support.

David Taylor took on myself and my partner, and given that we had a lot of bad luck with securing a house- he must have done what feels like 10 AIP’s. So I cannot fault the service, sticking with us til we finally secured our perfect place this summer! He was great, on the ball with every detail, really taking out the hard work for us, so it was pretty much as simple as passing over documentation, and saying what our ideal monthly payments would look like, and he made the numbers work for us. Even if we had been successful on the first AIP, it would’ve been exceptional value, as the mortgage lender pays a bulk of money to the broker. I cannot recommend him enough, nothing was too much hassle!

David was, and I am sure will forever be, an incredibly knowledgable, resourceful and helpful mortgage advisor. We had contacted many, before finally choosing to go with David. It was fantastic to cut through the salesman rubbish that we had endured previously and enjoy a breath of fresh air with David's persona.
