Good service with quick delivery. But I made a mistake in my order and phoned as soon as I could to correct it but was told I could not exchange but only get a refund which was fine until they told me I would have a black mark against my name. Apparently 3 of these mean you cannot purchase through them. Was very disappointed with this treatment. I know it was my mistake but I was not trying to mess them around and I have bought from them before and so have my family.

I purchased from this company in the past and had no problems with them. However I purchased again last week and I'm still waiting for the items. Royal Mail, who deliver, emailed to say it would arrive on Tuesday. Nothing came. Another email on Wednesday so I waited in again. Nothing, then I got an email saying it had been delivered but refused. It seems it was delivered to the wrong address. Today I have had to wait in again as I managed to contact RM and at first was told that it was sent back but then told it would be delivered today. I'll wait and see. I have tried to contact Hatton Garden Metals but the do not answer the phone or reply to my emails. I am totally at the end of my tether now.
