Ordered a batch of sovereigns. Arrived next day even on a Saturday. Very quick purchase and delivery, far better than a n other “bullion” merchant who hasn’t even returned me email query asking where they were. I was a bit worried to start with as I had to do a bank transfer. I preferred to use a card for traceability and assistance if it was required. I shouldn’t have worried at all. Payment was made an hour or two before the 3pm deadline and arrived by 13:00 next day.

Good service with quick delivery. But I made a mistake in my order and phoned as soon as I could to correct it but was told I could not exchange but only get a refund which was fine until they told me I would have a black mark against my name. Apparently 3 of these mean you cannot purchase through them. Was very disappointed with this treatment. I know it was my mistake but I was not trying to mess them around and I have bought from them before and so have my family.
