Fantastic local babysitting service. Maria gets back to you very quickly. All the babysitters have been brilliant, our daughter literally asks 'when are you next going out? '. Highly recommended.

We contacted Maria rather last minute on Easter Friday but she'd arranged a babysitter for us within a couple of hours which included sending a profile card and arranging an introduction call from Catherine our sitter. We got on very well with Catherine who arrived on time later that evening. She got stuck in with our two boys aged 10 and 7 and within 15 mins was playing FIFA with them on the PS5. The boys absolutely loved her and have asked a couple of times since, when she'll be coming back. Overall a very prompt, reliable, friendly and reasonably priced service and one I'll happily recommend to other friends in the area.

As a busy couple who are also selective who we leave our children with(! ) we have found lovely babysitters through the agency every time, who we and our children have been glad to have in our home and get to know. We have felt very assured in our children being in good hands on the occasion we go out! Cat was lovely, the boys took to her straight away, very flexible and understanding as I came back little later than planned. Boys went to sleep easily and enjoyed their games and reading and the communication between me and Cat was excellent. Very happy mum and customer will use again. Thank you ? .

We have used Sue and her brilliant team of sitters several times and would definitely recommend. Sue always responds quickly and is able to rise to the challenge of finding a sitter at short notice. Her team are always friendly, capable and trustworthy. A must for any parent with a busy social life!

We have used The Bristol Babysitting Agency now on a number of occasions and finally have got around to reviewing! What a wonderful service with professional babysitters. Our latest sitter Sara is so lovely with our 2 year old daughter and our daughter loves her. She is always super prompt and we love hearing the little things they've done together before bedtime. The best thing about the agency too is that we know we've got our night out sorted because the agency always organises our sitter quickly and we can relax knowing our daughter is in good hands. Amazing service! All the sitters have been great and Sue has always managed to arrange a sitter, even at short notice.

I have had a few different sitters from the service and all have been excellent! We have had great communication with each of them and all have been so lovely and kind. I have felt very comfortable leaving my little boy with them.

When our sitter had to cancel the day before we needed her, Sue came to the rescue with a brilliant sitter who was punctual, flexible and a did a great job of connecting with our kids. They hardly noticed when I left!

The babysitting agency is amazing. They take out the pressure of checking references or back ground checks of a sitter before you use them by doing all that for you. They ask if you have any special requirements, like newborn experience required, before booking a sitter. Details of your sitter are emailed to you before hand so you can see you who is booked and the sitter rings you a couple of days before hand to confirm booking as well. When making further bookings Sue will always try and book the same sitter for you. It is exceptional value for money since Sue does all the the checking and booking for you. Would highly recommend.

I used to work for the agency when I was a student. Now I have my own child and need a sitter, I always use them. We’ve always been able to get a sitter and Sue is very efficient.

We have really loved the service BBA have provided - it's so nice and easy to just send one text to say when we need a baby sitter, and Sue does all the ringing round and gets it sorted. The sitters have all been great, I have always felt completely safe and happy to leave my 2 daughters (age 2 and 4) with them, they have all been experienced ladies with their own children, who understand what kids (and mums! ) are like. Well worth the sign up fee.

I've been using Bristol Babysitting Agency for a few years now. The Agency has always provided great sitters, typically with backgrounds in early years or primary education. Booking is very easy and I've never had a no show. Using the Agency has been really liberating, and I'd be stuck in without it!
