1. Remove existing windows and alter opening sizes as required / as illustrated on.
Approved drawings. Provide suitable lintels over all windows to the front elevation.

2. Provide new stone heads and cills to windows. To be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s details and specification and in accordance with the building regulations.

3. Install new flush casement windows as approved by Local Authority Planning.

4. Put reflective privacy window film on glass put glass in the frames.

5. Refurbish existing timber surround to lounge window and re-paint.
