Empty 1st floor rental apartment - LS17 8DP.

Two issues:
1) Toilet not flushing.

2) Washer and dishwasher not draining water - likely to be an issue with the plumbing pipes.

Looking for reliable and reasonably priced plumber for both above jobs and jobs in other rental properties around Leeds.
