I am a landlord and I have 3 jobs:
1) Change gas hob in ground floor flat, hob is on site. Bramley LS13 3ST - hoping to pay around £30.
2) Supply and fit flue guard outside house Horsforth LS18 5ND - hoping to pay around £35.
3) Gas safety certificate for boiler and hob in house Moortown LS17 5DN - due 7th Sept - normally pay £35.

Total £100 and tenant contact details would be provided.

Also separately I have one electrics job and a garage door replacement job.
