Description
This is the scope as I have it so far. Leaseholders have been asked if they would like to make any adjustments but if you could give us a quote based off the below that would be much appreciated.
Routine Cleaning – Twice Weekly.
Cleaning is to be carried out twice per week (excluding public/bank holidays).
Main Entrance.
Remove finger marks from door.
Clean all accessible door glass and surrounding areas.
Wipe clean entry phone system.
Sweep entrance steps.
Remove cobwebs.
Vacuum entrance matting and carpets.
Remove junk mail.
Floors / Landings.
Vacuum all carpeted areas.
Dust window sills, frames, skirting boards, and accessible surfaces.
Dust/polish furnishings and wall-mounted fixtures (within reach).
Wipe clean heating appliances.
Clean and polish door furniture.
Lift.
Damp mop tiled flooring.
Clean and polish mirrors.
Wipe and buff metal walls and handrails.
Clean internal and external lift doors.
Clean control panels.
Maintain lift door tracks/gullies.
Stairwells.
Vacuum carpeted areas.
Wipe stair nosings.
Clean banisters and railings.
Damp wipe ledges and other surfaces.
Clean light fittings (within reach).
Dust wall-mounted heaters.
External Areas.
Sweep and litter-pick all external areas.
Maintain and tidy external steps.
Weekly wipe down of iron railings/lattices.
Periodic Cleaning.
1 Quarterly (4 times per year).
Machine buffing of marble flooring in:
Entrance hallway.
Lift area.
Additional Services.
Bi-Annual Window Cleaning (2 times per year).
Cleaning of all accessible internal and external windows to common parts.
Removal of dirt, streaks, and residue for a clear finish.
Frames and sills to be wiped where accessible.
Method of access to be specified by contractor (e.G. Pole system, ladders, etc. ).
Bi-Annual Jet Washing (2 times per year).
Jet washing of external front steps, boundary walls and lower ground floor.
Removal of dirt, staining, and debris build-up.
Care to be taken to protect surrounding stonework and finishes.
Contractor Requirements.
The appointed contractor will be expected to:
Provide all labour, materials, and equipment required.
Ensure all operatives are trained and appropriately vetted.
Comply with all Health and Safety regulations.
Use environmentally friendly cleaning products where possible.
Carry out regular supervision and quality control inspections.
Tender Requirements.
Contractors are requested to provide:
Annual cost for twice-weekly cleaning services.
Cost for quarterly marble floor buffing.
Cost for bi-annual jet washing.
Details of service delivery and supervision.
Relevant experience and references.
Proposed start date.
