My Aunt is in Royal Lancaster Infirmary, age 91. She is being discharged to a care home in Kent - Birkin Lodge Care and Nursing Home - Country Court, Camden Park, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN2 5AE. She can sit but not walk. I would like to transport her from Lancaster to Kent from Monday 3rd March or other day next week.
