Hello there.

My name is Lizzy, I’m 52 years old, and I am officially in the prime of my life - or at least that’s what I tell my knees every morning before they start complaining.

I’m getting in touch because I would love to join your pole dancing classes. I’ve decided it’s time to add a bit of flair, fun, and dramatic spinning to my weekly routine. Plus, I’d like to keep impressing my partner for a few more years - ideally without dislocating anything important.

I may not be as bendy as I was in my twenties, but I make up for it with enthusiasm, determination, and the ability to laugh at myself when gravity wins. I’m ready to learn, ready to wobble, and ready to cling to that pole like it owes me money.

Could you please let me know what classes you offer for beginners who are fabulous, fearless, and slightly creaky?
