Below is the work I've been quoted for in case you are interested in quoting please let me know ASAP:

The bathroom ceiling has been damaged due to a leaking pipe and will require a full replacement.

The work includes removing and replacing the damaged ceiling, applying new plaster, and repainting the ceiling area.

In addition, the tiles around the bathtub will need to be removed in order to access and repair the damaged pipe that is causing the leak.

This price provided includes:
• Removal and replacement of damaged ceiling.
• New plastering.
• Painting.
New boards, skim and new batons. Then paint and stain block walls and ceiling
• Removal of bathtub side tiles, sealing - bath, floor, pipe covers.
• Repair of leaking pipe.
• Labour and materials.

We could do the work in two parts if your not comfortable with the boarding, plastering work.
