Housing Plus Group is seeking experienced recruitment agencies and trade labour suppliers to join its Preferred Supplier List (PSL). The PSL will support the supply of temporary, fixed-term, and permanent staff across housing services, property maintenance, care services, catering, and central support functions.

For trade-focused services, this includes sourcing qualified electricians, plumbers, decorators, maintenance operatives, and other technical roles across the West Midlands.

The PSL is designed to ensure reliable staffing, value for money, compliance, and high-quality service delivery, while promoting diversity, inclusion, and social value.

The contract will run for an initial period of two years (1 April 2026 – 31 March 2028), with the option to extend up to five years (ending 31 March 2031).

The estimated total contract value is £1,925,000 excluding VAT (£2,310,000 including VAT).
