First floor flat LS17 8DP - rental property - access via tenant.

1) Toilet flush button not operating effectively anymore due to shelf thickness which is hiding the enclosed cistern. Options are to either reduce the shelf thickness or remove some tiles to enable a better connection.

2) Washing machine just needs to be changed over. Refurb replacement has been purchased, just disconnect existing and move replacement into place and connect.

- *** Jobs I was going to ask an electrian unless you can do - Change oven and outside floodlights (I have replacements).

Ideally seeking someone that is competitive in their pricing as I have several properties and I'll be looking to ask the same person to carry out jobs in my other properties around Leeds.
