Description

Shower has leaked through ceiling - have had investigated and suspected due to grouting / sealant failing as some removal has shown there is a gap between wall / floor tile.

Looking for quotes for cost of removing all the existing silicone and grout in the walk-in shower and then applying a new waterproof sealant in areas grout is removed / silicone on top to re-seal/waterproof the enclosure.

I have attached photos of the shower enclosure in question but can provide more photos if helpful.

I also have a separate problem with a vent axia extractor fan in the other bathroom which needs replacing as the fan is spinning but not venting / working properly. I can provide photos of this (unfortunately I don’t have any to hand) but I have been told the fan needs replacing so if this is something that could be quoted for it would be much appreciated.
