Hi there, I am looking for quote for replastering due to damp which has now had chance to dry out. The damp was caused by ingress from the roof and has been repaired by the factor. The ingress happened days before selling my flat therefore it remains my responsibility to pay and arrange the work but the property is now inhabited by it's new owner so they will need to be consulted when planning appointments.
