We have just moved and property needs to be re-wired so will need plastering quotes for over-boarding some ceilings; skimming some walls; filling in re-wiring channels - there will be work in most rooms in the house apart from the bathroom I think. Re-wiring and new heating starts in June so we would need the work done sometime after that. We are also updating the kitchen but not sure whether the plastering needs to be done before or after that.
