Terra Nova Supply Chain DPS requires a Painting and Decoration service to support its ongoing housing development and property maintenance programme across residential assets within the North West, Yorkshire, and Midlands regions. The service will focus on high-quality internal and external redecoration works for void properties, occupied homes, and newly completed developments.

Works include surface preparation, full redecoration of walls, ceilings, doors, and woodwork, as well as minor repairs such as filling, sanding, and patching to ensure a durable and professional finish. Contractors may also be required to complete touch-up works following other maintenance activities.

All services must be delivered to a high standard, ensuring properties are returned in a clean, presentable, and lettable condition within required turnaround times, in line with housing association standards.
