Hello.
So I’m here today because I’m literally trying to rule anything out and to try help myself steer away from stuff. I currently for last 4 years have spent being sick. In and out of hospital still with no answers but possibility’s to what it could possibly be. At the moment they are in between Ibs, Gastro or endometriosis. So my next step is I would like to find out my intolerance to foods. Because if this could be the issue (which I personally myself definitely think it’s food) So ideally I love to find my intolerance so I can begin to start a newer life style with a different selection of foods. Thank you.
