Hi, Could I get a quote for the following please?

Reseating a neck in an epiphone les paul junior. It was broken during delivery. I did manage fix it myself but the string tension pulled it out again.
The installation of a kill switch.
Also there is some fret wear. It doesn’t seem too bad and it is only on a few of the frets so I think it would probably get away with them being recrowned or if need be replaced.

Also I have a telecaster. The volume control doesn’t fade the volume, it just turns off or on. It came like it. I sent it back and the seller reckoned there is nothing wrong with it but it is definitely not working properly. How much to replace this please?
