I have a Potterton Powermax HE boiler. The system is approximately 20 years old and has been advised as beyond economical repair.

Looking for full replacement and conversion to a combi boiler for a 2-bedroom flat (1 bathroom). The new boiler should supply both central heating (radiators) and hot water.

Tradesman to supply and install the new boiler (preferably Worcester Bosch, Vaillant or Ideal), including all necessary pipework modifications, removal of the old system, and system flush.

Access is good.
