Replacing garage door - Rental LS9 9NJ.

I am looking for the most budget-friendly solution to secure a garage at my rental property
Main Garage Door: The up-and-over garage door is severely damaged and buckled as it was kicked in during a fire.

The garage is only used for basic storage, never for parking cars.

I need the cheapest option to make it secure, whether that is joiner type boarding up with padlock or a preowned garage door fitted.

Side Door: The separate side pedestrian door needs its locking mechanism repaired or replaced so it locks properly.

Property Status: This is a rental property, so I am looking for a cost-effective, practical fix rather than a premium new garage door upgrade especially as its used for storage rather than parking.
