Hi.

Horsforth, LS18 5ND - empty house.

Just requires - Toilet seat fixed or replaced, ceiling in bathroom more presentable, and some grouting on floor tiles to keep them from moving.

I'll provide white paint, wall floor grout and anti-mould spray.

You will need to get toilet seat fixing which I think will be around £5-ish.

Can you please provide your best price for doing these jobs?
I am expecting quotes between £60-£125 as jobs are relatively small - if this is within the range you would expect then please contact me.
