We are QinetiQ Malvern, we have a large site in Malvern, once a year we provide our staff and their families a Summer Event, this year is Saturday 11th July, from 1pm to 5pm, there is entertainment, stalls, bouncy castles, historical societies providing information, free food etc we using have less than 500 attend. Our First Aid provider would have an indoor office specifically for them, close to some of the stalls provided. It is also close to toilet facilities.
