Hi.
I have purchased a 3 bedroom, 2 public room semi detached house (also has a floored attic).
Need a full rewire done before moving in.
House was built around 1960, and some of the wiring is original (light fixtures in the bedrooms).
Also need to have hardwired smoke detectors and would like security lights at the front and rear of the house.
Also would like to have spotlights in the kitchen and things in place for when I am ready to have a fitted kitchen installed.
