Looking for quote to paint living room and upstairs and downstairs hallway + staircase and paint and decorate a study room including fitting skirting (gap exists at bottom of current plaster, will need making good, shown in attached pictures). Rough wall area dimensions:
Living room: 20.5m2.
Study: 18.4m2.
Hall and stairs: 55.5m2 (very rough).

Pictures attached, could only upload three pictures so none of living room.
