Description

Replacement of internal bathroom door. Door has swollen at the bottom due to water and now scrapes onto the floor tiles. This is in a rented property and has gone so far before being reported that the door needs to be replaced.

Downstairs back door needs resealing as water is creeping into the kitchen from outside when there is heavy rain. This has damaged the laminate flooring in the corner area in front of the door internally. Proposal to cut out the damaged laminate across the back door and replace with a insert doormat. Rubber or coconut (equivalent).
