Looking for ballpark figures to extend the back porch out to the to the red line in the pic, essentially squaring it off with the other wall of the house.
Just looking for a cost to do the brick/structural work and the inside floor joist. I’d be looking to brick off the existing windows ok the porch also. I have a plasterer and roofer etc so looking for structure/shell.
Happy for you to come out and have a look. Purely looking for a slightly bigger space to put the washing machine and tumble dryer in.
